What sports do you guys play? Either for school, college or just for fun.

I play goalie for my high school soccer team and I also play tennis for the school. In soccer, I took a lot of shots to the.....well you can probably guess. I played in a tennis tourny yesterday, and I'm sore everywhere except for that one spot that got hurt all the time in soccer.

Hockey is the sport of choice. Might have something to do with my Canadian nationality though.

I also enjoy: waterskiing, snowboarding, volleyball, and badminton.

For fun, I'm a huge fan of Ultimate Frisbee. But then again, so would pretty much anybody who ran cross country/track competitively. For some reason the sports of cross country/track run hand-in-hand with ultimate frisbee. Doesn't bother me though, especially since I'm actually decent at frisbee and I'll be playing intramural in college up at UW-La Crosse (hopefully).

I do acrobatics everyday, first i start with a little workout (get outa bed) then i do some cool flips (trip on the dog) then the most stunning move ever (sit down on teh computer and check GWG)

Theres my sport.

AHA! I just played chess. (But it was in Half-Life 2 on a server with custom maps and there was one with a chess board)

Sports, Sports, Sports! What about the academic teams? Those aren't sports, but they're still great! I happen to be going to the Galleyfourneah Speech and Debate (Previously known as California) State Tournament in (not in debate either, that stuff's boring). I can't do other sports. I have asthma, allergies to most everything (including grass), and have very frail bones. C'mon people, let's get a shout out to the academic teams. They need love too.

Edit: I loved baseball when I used to play.

Thats one sport I know all too well. My acrobatics seem to be the same except with one small addition... breathing! Gotta find some way to get the dog off my stomach before I trip over her!

Back in the day... football, soccer, swimming, wrestling! I've been outta high school for many years now (yes, getting old).

What I love to do now is play tackle or flag football, swimming, and ultimate frisbee! Other than that I get all the energy I need chasing down those that are socially inept and need constant care and babysitting (if not a good beating sometimes). They're known as inmates! Man I love this job!

I don't regularly play sports anymore... I'm sick of leagues and I don't have enough friends in my neighborhood... And I can't run out and join other people (coughmexicanscough) that are playing at parks because i'm not *that* good... oh... yeah... I play soccer. and I'm pretty good. I suck at basketball but I like to play it with other people that suck. Which is rarely ever. Mostly, i just sit on my ass playing guitar, watching TV or playing games... or doing ... this.

Golf and Hockey. I played Football in High School and some soccer and basketball with my friends and baseball when I was younger(school years)

As a kid? played baseball in youth leagues and basketball for high school and managed a couple nice timings

in track (600m and 1 mile)

now? raquetball and umm.....there is my own personal punching bag and assorted stuff to use

I'm a senior in high school and I currently am playing varsity baseball for my school. Unfortunately on the first day of practice I broke my wrist

but I got stwong bones because I drink a lot of milk

so I'm only out for three weeks(one week more as of now

); I'm semi-glad that if this had to happen it happened at the early stages of the year because I'm only missing three games this way.

I know baseball can be a real drag to watch but I absolutely love playing it. I just love how during the games there are a bunch of one on one matchups going on but they all congregate to form an overall team vs. team matchup.

Oh and by the way I don't use steroids or any other "performance enhancers" because I am planning to not have my body be a shriveled up prune by the time I'm 50.

Definately football (american football not foutball). I play Defensive and ofensive lineman along with linebacker. But i also rock at chess (and i agre with arc, chess is a sport)
